- Yes, All watches come with a one-year warranty. Please refer to the Warranty Policy for specific details.
- The after-sales scope includes refunds or resending of the watch.
- Please provide photos or videos to prove the quality issues with the product, so that customer service can apply for after-sales processing.
- We do not support returning to the factory for repairs. If you need to return the item, please refer to the Return Policy.

- Yes. After receiving the goods, there are 30 days for unconditional return and refund.
- However, please note that returns due to "I don't like" rather than product quality issues require the buyer to pay for the return shipping cost themselves.
- Please contact customer service to obtain the return address and upload the tracking number of the returned package for easy tracking.
- Once we confirm that the goods are complete and in the same condition as before shipment, a full refund will be given to the buyer. Please refer to the Return Policy for specific details.
