Free Shipping fees
- All smartwatch orders with addresses in Australia are free of shipping. Please note that we only support sending to addresses in Australia and New Zealand. New Zealand orders are likely to incur additional logistics fees.
- Orders to New Zealand addresses will be sent through Australia Post. According to Australia Post's policy, smartwatches with built-in lithium-ion batteries may not be able to be sent and can only be sent with strap or charger. All orders in Australia will be shipped with traceable tracking numbers.
- Default economy/standard shipping for orders with an amount below AU $200, with a lead time of 1-6 days.
